I . It is your responsibility to provide me with a proper reference sheet that includes all the information I will need to draw the character. If there are details you want included but are not on your reference sheet, feel free to give me a written description of those features.

> II. You must own the character you have provided for the commision. If you are buying a commision as a gift for someone else, make sure you have permission to use their character.

I. You may provide any details you would like for the commision, the pose, expressions, props etc. You must provide these details before I begin the commision. If these details are not provided I will assume artistic liberty.

> II. Once all details have been confirmed, I will begin work on the commision. I will then send you a sketch. Once confirmed, I require the payment in full. If you want anything added or changed about the sketch, you are entitled to tell me before I begin work on the final product. If there is something you would like changed after the commision is finished, you may be required to pay an extra fee since altering the linework and color after it has been finished is more difficult. Small edits like color changes, pattern changes, background changes, etc. will be provided for free. You will be only charged for a complex change such as altering the pose.

> III. I always send WIPS at the sketch, lineart, and color stages. If there is anything incorrect with your commision, please tell me so I can correct it before continuing to the next stage.

I. I have the right to decline service to anyone. I will not work for pedophiles, zoophiles, racists, homophobes, etc. If I discover you associate with any of the above during the commision it will be terminated and you will be refunded.

> II. I have the right to cancel the commision at any time if the client makes me uncomfortable. This will result in the termination of your commsion and you will receive a complete refund.

> III. You are entitled to a refund up until the sketch is confirmed. I do not provide refunds after the product has been finished; if the commision was not to your liking during the sketch phase it is your responsibility to tell me before I proceed.

>IV. I offer a 50% refund if I fail to complete the commision within three days of the estimated completion time.

> V. Please keep in mind that I may post finished commisions to my social media. (Instagram, DeviantArt, etc.) if you don't want your commision to be posted, please let me know ASAP.
